International Babywearing Week is a week-long advocacy event dedicated to promoting awareness of babywearing through local and online celebrations, media awareness, and educational activities.
International Babywearing Week 2017 is taking place October 2 - 8! We are so excited about the activities we have planned. We hope you can join us at one of our events or in our Facebook group for fun, games, learning opportunities, and of course lots of great giveaways! IBW fun will continue with events throughout the week including a babywearing dance class, exploring with our little ones on two babywearing hikes in collaboration with Hike it Baby, giveaways for members and non-members alike, and babywearing photoshoots with one of our favorite photographers, the incredibly talented Rebekah Chavez! All of our events have been cross-posted to the BWI of Atlanta Google calendar for easy access to information. |
